Good skin care makes other anti-aging interventions work better. Fillers, neurotoxins, lasers and resurfacing are much more effective when performed on younger, healthier skin. Botox can lift the brow and give a more youthful and awakened look. It can eliminate crow's feet and, with certain placement, can help lines underneath the eyes. Certain fillers like Belotero can be placed underneath the eye area (in the tear trough) to reduce hollowing or to even out the appearance of "bags". Ultherapy can be used to lift the brow and to treat the crow's feet non surgically. Stimulating fillers like Radiesse or Sculptra can be placed in the hollows of the temple to also lift a brow that has sagged. Microneedling or Fractional resurfacing can help with the crepey appearance under the eyes. None of those interventions are optimized without good fundamental skin care.
So remember, the eyes are the forecast of how you're aging. You can patch up that hole in the roof but eventually you’ll find a leak elsewhere.
